A great effort has been taken on realizing a code of ethics in relation to patient care, patient family care, basic work ethics and regulations and changes in patient drug admission and diagnosis management. Essent ials of practice including planning and communication, assessment and diagnosis, implementation and coordination have been achieved in my practice. As a practitioner I have managed to benefit from the guidance of ANA materials and resources. With the principles of collaborative relationships I have managed to effect highly collaborative methodologies in order to enhance effective practice in my practicing environments. Resources like principles of social networking and that of the nurse have helped me in realizing a collegial communication between my staff and other nurses in achieving quality health care.
